Our Book Discussion Circle meets on the last Thursday of every month and focuses on Jewish content in both fiction and non-fiction.

The book for the July 22 meeting will be My Father’s Paradise: A Son’s Search for his Jewish Past in Kurdish Iraq by Ariel Sabar.

The book group will meet at Peter Gray and Judy Vida’s home to discuss Rabbis and Wives by Chaim Grade. This collection of three novellas, translated from Yiddish, portrays Jewish life in pre-World War II Lithuania.
