Kol HaLev Dues Structure
Our dues structure was developed with these goals in mind:
-
Reduce our reliance on fundraising by meeting 80 percent of our budget (not including grant income) from member dues and dues plus, tuition and fees.
-
Continue our Dues and Dues Plus plans, adjusted for the cost increases in the several years since they were last determined.
-
Offer a "Fair Share" alternative as a guide for those who cannot afford the full dues and also for those who can afford more than dues and dues plus and wish to support our community in a meaningful way.
We will continue to give confidential consideration to special needs.
Dues and Dues Plus
| Adult Dues | $ 800 | |
| Single Parent Dues | $ 900 | |
| Family Dues | $1,200 | |
| Dues Plus add | $ 700 |
Fair Share Alternative
To provide assistance for members who cannot afford the above dues and dues plus schedule and provide a suggested amount for members who can afford to pay more, member households may self adjust on an honor system by paying two percent of their Adjusted Gross Income (AGI). For more on AGI, click here.
As examples:
-
If an adult member's AGI is $40,000, his or her total dues would be $800 (instead of dues and dues plus of $1,500).
-
If a family member household AGI is $60,000, their total dues would be $1,200 (instead of dues and dues plus of $1,900).
-
If a family member household AGI is $175,000, their voluntary total dues could be $3,500 (instead of dues and dues plus of $1,900).
Fees
School Tuition:
$220 for first child, $200 for second child, maximum of $500 per family.
B'nai Mitzvah $250
