As provided by our **Bylaws**, we have a president, one to three vice presidents, a secretary and a treasurer. The Board of Trustees includes the officers, seven At-Large Trustees, and three ex-officio members: the rabbi, our immediate past president and our Founding Rabbi Jeffrey Schein. For continuity, we elect Officers and At-Large Board members for two-year terms and elect half each year.

Members are welcome to attend Board meetings. The Board generally meets monthly, posts its meetings on our **Calendar**, emails the agenda to members and summarizes the minutes in the newsletter. Members who would like to get our Board minutes by email are invited to contact the Secretary.
