If you send us an email to ask a question, we use it only to reply to you. We do not save it or add your address to a list.
 

When you make an on-line gift you furnish your name, address, phone number, the gift's purpose, acknowledgement information, amount and credit card number.

The credit card service that processes your transaction does not send us your credit card information.

We use the other information to announce your gift in our newsletter, to send an acknowledgement (if you asked us to), and to contact you if we have any questions.

We keep a list of gifts for at least two years should you ask us to report or verify your gift. We do not make this information available to others.
 

If you inquire about joining Kol HaLev, we don't retain your contact information centrally. We send it to our Membership Chair who will contact you. With your permission they will save your information on a follow-up list.
 

Cookies are small files some web sites load on to your computer, often to store your preferences or to differentiate between new and old visitors. Our web site does not use cookies.
 

Our web site logs activity to show how visitors find our pages and which pages they view, but the web log does not identify individuals. The reports these logs produce are summaries for a span of time. They do not show any individual data.
